- Oversee the end to end delivery lifecycle across strategic programmes and projects
- Maintain clear oversight of portfolio risks, dependencies, resource requirements and benefits
- Track delivery against KPIs, budgets, milestones and benefits realisation
- Provide structured challenge to ensure focus on outcomes, not activity
Requirements
- Strong background in PMO, Delivery Office, Programme Management or Portfolio Management
- Experience overseeing multi project portfolios in a fast paced environment
- Advanced reporting and analytical capability
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Deep understanding of risk, governance and delivery frameworks
