Role Overview
- Lead & manage technical back office in the region
- Provide technical support to the region including maintaining, commissioning, and troubleshooting of the Wind turbine and associated equipment
- Identify and correct more complex problems associated with start-up
- Resolve/troubleshoot problems and/or train internal staff and customers on the features of the wind turbine
- Manage Special Operations in the regions including inspection campaigns, major component exchanges, commissioning and other specialist services
- Providing onsite Quality and HSE support
- Driving availability improvements in the region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer
- MBA or Renewable Energy Master will be a plus
- At least 10 years’ experience in Energy sector leading large size teams
- English proficiency level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with other departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives and willing to travel
