Requirements
Strong drive, ownership, and the ability to bring structure and clarity into complex environments.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, concise, and well‑framed messages.
Natural authority, strong judgement, and the ability to operate with confidence in a high‑impact, executive‑level environment.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, manage sensitive topics, and maintain discretion.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives and executive‑level presentations.
Ability to connect strategic discussions with practical implications and translate them into actionable steps.
High level of independence, maturity, and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” when needed.
Experience in governance, strategic coordination, consulting, project management, or a similar role is an advantage (not mandatory).
Advanced Czech and English (C1/C2); German is an advantage.
High proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams); SAP experience as advantage.
Proactive and continuous‑improvement mindset.
Strong result orientation and commitment to quality.
Professionalism when handling confidential materials.
Driving license (B) and willingness to travel to České Budějovice and Brno.
