Role Overview
- Partner with senior leaders on strategic people topics
- Build leadership maturity through coaching and feedback
- Work closely with local HR for compliance matters
- Lead and govern the global people & change strategy
- Represent the people & change function in cross functional programmes
- Collaborate closely with Centres of Expertise and local HR teams to deliver coherent solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or Organisational Development (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years as a global HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation
- Proven project management skills
- Expertise in organisational design and change management
- Collaborative and influential, able to coach and challenge senior leaders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and other languages are a plus.
