Role Overview
- Advancing a property transaction from offer agreed through to successful completion and move in
- Communicating with solicitors, surveyors and mortgage advisors both internally and externally
- Liaising with all other parties involved in the transaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience within estate agency is essential
- Experience within a Sales Progressor role is preferred
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail
- An excellent communicator
- Previous experience in dealing with a large workload
- Previous experience in residential property sales progression
- Able to deliver a high level of customer service
- Knowledge of the residential sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- The ability to work under pressure.
