Requirements
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
- Strong phone affinity – daily phone work is natural for you
- Performance-oriented mindset: you want to deliver measurable results and be rewarded for them
- Willingness to accept and implement clear directives, KPIs, and feedback
- Resilience and discipline – not a 9-to-5 comfort job, but high-tempo sales
