You will be the key operational and tactical HR partner for our Italian subsidiary, focusing on developing, implementing, and optimizing HR tools and processes that support our ambitious growth goals.
Support and implement HR strategies and initiatives directly aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the entire staffing process—from job design and posting to interviewing and selection—ensuring qualitative talent acquisition within budget.
Manage the performance appraisal system that drives effective employee development, assess training needs, and design innovative programs (seminars, workshops) to enhance skills.
Ensure strict legal compliance with national labor laws, support positive employee relations by addressing grievances, and nurture a positive working environment through regular wellness initiatives.
Keep a close eye on HR-related budgets (opex, capex, training) and manage essential HR reporting.
You are responsible for all contractors and making sure our office runs like a charm: this includes everything from organizing events, cleaning company and facility management, badge system etc.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a comparable field) or equivalent professional knowledge
In-depth knowledge of both 'hard' and 'soft' HR aspects, with a strong command of Italian labor law and HR implementation
Excellent written and oral proficiency in English and Italian (Mother Tongue). An additional EU language is a plus
A pro-active, discrete, and reliable professional with an analytical mindset, balanced by a strong human view.
Excellent understanding of HRIS (HR Information Systems) and budget management.
