Role Overview
- Acting as a liaison between customers and company to ensure excellent service standards
- Responding efficiently to customer inquiries
- Building sustainable relationships with internal areas
- Improving customer service experience and facilitating organic growth
- Providing continuous accurate information about the status of customer orders
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution
- Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Updating SAP client database
- Maintaining weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback
Requirements
- Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior in a related subject with the supply chain area
- Professional experience of a minimum of 5 years in a similar position
- Fluency in Office Tools (Excel & Word)
- Valuable advanced knowledge in SAP
- Fluency in Spanish or Catalan
- Medium knowledge of English (reading, writing and speaking)
