Conduct daily analytics reviews on Klaviyo to track performance and inform daily decisions.
Design and develop new email campaigns for multiple accounts on a daily basis, utilizing content and design tools like ChatGPT, Illustrator, and Canva.
Revise and enhance existing campaigns based on feedback from the Email Marketing Manager and Account Managers.
Create and refine targeted audience segments for each campaign to ensure precise delivery and maximize engagement.
Manage various email marketing tasks, including creating automations, scheduling campaigns, and managing push notifications.
Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks, including internal performance reports and updates on key metrics to the team.
Actively complete all required Klaviyo Academy Courses and stay up-to-date with platform best practices.
Collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure campaigns align with client goals and promotions.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms.
Deep practical knowledge of Klaviyo and its advanced features (e.g., segmentation, automations, A/B testing).
Experience with a design tool (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) and an understanding of email design best practices.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of daily tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and communication platforms like Slack.
