Provide category expertise in digital marketing tactics such as paid advertising, email marketing and search engine optimization strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute digital marketing programming for clients such as paid advertising campaigns, and email marketing campaigns in support of Client goals.
Lead day-to-day communications with clients via email, on calls and/or via presentation.
Manage Client expectations through consistent and clear communication.
Actively work to build relationships with and become a trusted partner for client counterparts.
Demonstrate an understanding of Client goals and KPIs.
Remain knowledgeable about client industries through trend research and best practices.
Confidently adhere to the scope of agreement with clients and identify new opportunities to deepen client engagement, where appropriate.
Guide internal teams to meet client goals while ensuring that brand strategy, objectives and timelines are met.
Coordinate delivery of all program deliverables in accordance with timelines and client expectations.
Showcase a high level of organization, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Manage program financials.
Ensure all extended team members have a clear understanding of program status and needs.
Lead internal and external status meetings.
Requirements
4+ years in Account Management at a marketing agency in a client services function.
4+ years of experience in managing digital programs such as website design & development, email marketing, search engine optimization and digital advertising (SEM, SEO, social, etc.).
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal (cross-functional) and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and ensure success.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and adapt in a fast-paced work environment to meet deadlines.
Exhibit polish and professionalism in verbal and written communication.
Strategic and creative thinker with experience bringing proactive solutions and new ideas that align with overall program objectives.
Comfortable with solving problems and determining action plans independently.
Well-developed skills in managing programs from inception to completion.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites for presentation and/or document development.
Experience with the following platforms: Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, Social Media (Meta, Google, etc.) Dropbox and Google Drive.
