Be a member of an international team of IT experts developing, maintaining and operating new applications and services
Understand complex applications, data flows and their business purpose
Ensure a frictionless assembly, Q/A, processing and transport of deployment packages
Handle incidents, problems and changes
Control and monitor the central and decentralized Mainframe applications IMS online systems and batch production
Analyze, resolve and document IT faults
Implement changes in the production process as per change request
Assurance of interrupted availability of the systems and applications
Manual intervention in automatic processes in conjunction with the product managers or on request
Handle changes/incidents/problems with ticketing systems HPeSM
Perform conceptional tasks around technical solutions, data
and business-/process models
Support the rollouts in production
Requirements
Students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn Mainframe Operating System: z/OS
Basic knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of Jira/Confluence
Basic knowledge of UC4, Tivoli
Basic knowledge of JCL (Job Control Language)
Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
Nice to have: Basic knowledge of ITIL methodology
Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Scrum
