Support technology and transformation projects through functional analysis, requirements documentation, and management of user stories (US) under agile methodologies.
Lead process design sessions to document "current" and "future" process maps that align with project requirements and impact the business and/or systems.
Create user manuals and other end-user documentation.
Communicate status issues and changes to the appropriate audience.
Manage strategic projects, working efficiently across all areas of the project lifecycle: requirements analysis, specification development, application development, testing, and implementation.
Identify and document the benefits, costs, and risks associated with alternative solutions.

Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: More than 5 years as a Business Analyst in technology or digital transformation environments.
Direct experience handling user stories (US), epics, and backlogs.
Active participation in projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Knowledge of or exposure to DevOps environments (Azure DevOps, Jira, or others).
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
Languages: Intermediate or advanced English (a plus).
