Advance understanding Cloud, Virtualization, Storage, Data Protection, Windows, and Linux/Unix environments
Advance level of administration, monitoring, uptime, performance, security, patching and troubleshooting of all above enumerated technologies
Work with users and IT technical groups to troubleshoot and solve basic operational issues
Coordinate and assist working with vendors and datacenter technicians for installing/troubleshooting/replacing hardware as necessary
Perform maintenance activities outside of normal business hours, based on a set of well-established standards and procedures
Has a proven record for problem-solving and troubleshooting issues
Able to work proactively and operate independently across organizational and geographical boundaries with supervision and direction of management and/or coworkers
Self-starter and have the passion to learn new skills in a robust technical environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT related courses
Previous experience in Infrastructure IT on professional environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.
Good Knowledge of scripting languages and techniques
Effective communication skills. Must be proficient in English (written and verbal)
Working knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing and cloud service providers (at least 1)
1-3 years of experience in Managing infrastructure systems.
Working Knowledge with Cloud, Virtualization, Linux, Windows, Nutanix, Data Protection and Storage.
