About this role
Role Overview
Strategically develop partnerships with global clients, specifically focusing on growth and expansion.
Act as an inspiring and strategic leader for global accounts to deliver best-in-class integrated campaigns.
Establish senior-level relationships and navigate corporate structures to strengthen partnerships.
Travel to Europe to maintain key relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct regular client health checks to foster transparent relationships and monitor campaign ROI.
Develop and execute account growth plans to identify new business opportunities and maximise agency influence.
Play a key role in pitching and securing and cultivating new business to expand the agency portfolio.
Produce compelling strategic proposals and presentations that drive client engagement.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience managing global accounts and navigating large client organisations.
Proven track record of strategic account growth and new business acquisition.
Sound agency experience including both digital and traditional marketing.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a proactive hands-on attitude.
Expertise in budget management and reporting and commercial analysis.
