About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for the operational delivery of advisory and client services
Ensuring work is completed on time, to the required quality standards
Primary point of contact for client relationship escalations and internal resourcing matters
Provides line management for Category Experts, Senior Advisors, Advisors, and Category Product Managers
Works closely with the Client Services Manager to support commercial discussions
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of the service to key client stakeholders
Conduct timely and thorough investigations of issues and escalate appropriately
Requirements
Demonstrable customer and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing varied workloads in a fast‑paced environment
Strong commercial awareness and ability to support commercial discussions
Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage people
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
