Leading and developing sales team(s) to achieve designated sales objectives
Developing sales and implementing sales plans, activities, and campaigns and leading the operational activities for an assigned geography, market segment, or particular customers
Defining customer needs for Kemira chemicals, digital solutions and services with sustainability focus
Preparing sales forecasts, budgets and targets
Monitoring sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources
Negotiating sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaising with customers
Contributing to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information
Occupational safety in Commercial operations where everyone contributes to better safety
Requirements
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Technology, Chemistry, Economics or similar
Demonstrable experience in leading diverse and multinational teams
Strong business acumen, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills
Strong ability to inspire and coach others
Ideally knowledge and experience of the Pulp & Paper business
Fluent English skills, any additional language from the region is beneficial
Willingness for frequent business travel
