Develop, implement, and evaluate advertising and communication strategies
Direct marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to promote products and services
Analyze market research and conduct economic or commercial surveys
Lead, hire, train, supervise, and motivate staff (5–10 employees)
Manage contracts, budgets, and expenditures
Act as organizational spokesperson and advise clients on advertising and sales strategies
Oversee media relations and communications departments
Support clients post-sale and assist with reports, brochures, newsletters, and presentations
Publicize events, workshops, and fundraising activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years in a related field
Significant experience developing marketing strategies for Southeast Asian markets, including the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and/or Myanmar
Experience planning and executing large-scale community engagement events
Demonstrated success in adapting global marketing campaigns for multicultural audiences
Experience in business development and client portfolio growth
Basic security clearance
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel (including cross-border and extended travel)
