Role Overview
- Analyze user needs
- Configure and integrate software according to established procedures
- Participate in maintenance and provide first
- and second-line user support
- Diagnose and resolve issues reported by our clients
- Deliver tailored training for our clients
- Propose improvements and new features based on user feedback
- Ensure technology monitoring and follow projects from analysis through to production deployment
Requirements
- Education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 (equivalent to Associate to Master's degree)
- Strong knowledge of accounting, management, and finance
- Proficiency with management information systems (ideally SAGE)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt your message to different audiences
