Collaborate with existing software consultants to provide end-to-end consulting services, from requirements gathering to solution deployment.
Analyze client business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Configure, implement, and optimize software solutions.
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to clients.
Participate in workshops, presentations, and client meetings (preferably in both English and Spanish).
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the support and development teams.
Stay current with product capabilities, industry trends, and best practices.
Lead change management efforts to ensure effective adoption of new solutions.

English proficiency (verbal and written)
Able to work core LATAM and APAC time zones (depending on project location)
3+ years of experience in software consulting, implementation, or business analyst roles
Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and client success best practices
Experience with APIs, integrations, and enterprise software (ERP/CRM/SaaS)
Experience working with MS365 (including Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Strong administrative and time management skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
