Role Overview
- Manage T&E projects
- Provide support across multiple concurrent projects
- Support tool transformation projects
- Participate in requirements definition, project management and deployment
- Contribute to stakeholder coordination
- Build and maintain monitoring dashboards
- Update and ensure reliability of data sources
- Analyze data and produce operational recommendations
- Define and track KPIs related to travel & expenses
- Identify process optimization opportunities for T&E
- Contribute to automation and AI integration initiatives
- Support continuous improvement of tools and practices
- Execute internal communication activities
- Support users in adopting tools
- Participate in internal projects
- Ensure maintenance of existing tools and processes
- Ensure continuity of service
- Manage changes and optimizations
- Work in support of an internal role
- Interact with: Travel Managers, Travel Agencies, Data / IT / Finance teams
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Experience managing T&E projects
- Experience in an international environment
- Strong analytical and structuring skills
- Ability to interpret data and drive decision-making
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI or equivalent preferred)
- Good understanding of T&E tools (SAP Concur)
- Interest in data, automation and AI topics
- Professional working proficiency in English required
