Define and implement a performance strategy for the company’s contractual activity
Supervise and intervene across all key stages of the contract lifecycle
Streamline contractual processes to increase productivity and facilitate decision-making
Identify, prevent, and mitigate dispute risks related to regulations and regulatory changes
Communicate and act as the interface with all stakeholders related to a project or contract: internal (legal, marketing, commercial/sales and finance) and external (clients, service providers and suppliers, administrative authorities)
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Procurement/Purchasing
Minimum 6 years’ experience in operational IT procurement broadly defined: Software, Hardware, P2I, Telecommunications
Adaptability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are major assets for success in the role
