Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic Fortune 500 accounts headquartered in or operating across the United States
Develop and execute global account plans aligned with client business goals, learning strategies, and international workforce priorities
Build a deep understanding of each client’s structure, business objectives, procurement processes, and talent development needs
Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management, Procurement, and business leaders
Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Berlitz’s language training, coaching, assessment, and intercultural solutions
Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations to maximize client retention and long-term account value
Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned accounts
Conduct business reviews and executive meetings to evaluate performance, strengthen relationships, and uncover growth opportunities
Partner with operations, customer success, finance, marketing, and regional delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Own revenue, retention, and growth targets for assigned Fortune 500 accounts
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Business, Education, or related field
5–10+ years of experience in global account management, enterprise sales, or strategic account leadership
Proven success managing and growing Fortune 500 or large enterprise accounts in the US market
Experience selling consultative solutions in corporate learning, talent development, business services, HR services, SaaS, or professional services environments preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across large organizations
Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to work across time zones and cultures in a global environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and account planning tools
Ability to travel within the United States and internationally as needed
