About this role
Role Overview
Manage existing client relationships to maximize renewal rate and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Explain client business objectives and how our work delivers on those goals.
Nurture positive, collaborative working relationships with clients, colleagues and third-party partners.
Coordinate across capabilities autonomously to manage client needs.
Lead pitches with new prospects.
Requirements
Fluency in Korean and English
Experience (5 years preferred) in digital marketing sales or account management at an agency.
Proficient in Google Suite products and project management tools.
Experience with at least one of the following
Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude…).
Integrated paid media (social, digital, SEM).
Generative Engine Marketing (AI search visibility).
