Strategic Post‑Sales: Manage portfolio churn, proactively handle renewals and ensure the client sees continued value in the partnership.
Internal Interface: Collaborate with Engineering and Deployment teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery timelines for links.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields;
Previous experience with carriers or Internet Service Providers (ISPs), preferably in wholesale account roles;
Familiarity with concepts such as BGP, ASN, Backbone, last mile and value‑added services (VAS);
Negotiation and client relationship skills;
Knowledge of Prospecting, Sales and Account Management;
Knowledge of IT/TELECOMMUNICATIONS (IP, DDOs, PTTs, LAN‑to‑LAN, SD‑WAN);
Preferably strong knowledge of the ISP market;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) — experience with ERP or CRM tools;
