Collaborate with customers to analyze their system landscape and identify the best solutions.
Capture and document requirements for integrations our customers need to utilize our master data throughout their system landscape.
Work closely with our Integration Developers to set up integrations between our system and for instance payroll or AD.
Lead and execute technical activities in customer projects, including setting up APIs, importing/exporting documents into FTPs, building SSO solutions, and challenging customers to find the best approach.
Use tools like Postman and VS Code to test APIs and perform basic scripting tasks, for example using Python.
Balance customer consulting with hands-on technical work, such as troubleshooting and bug-fixing.
Set expectations with customers and understand both their business goals and technical needs.
Work in an engaging, knowledge-sharing team that supports each other and has fun while solving challenges!
Requirements
Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language (strict requirement)
2+ years of experience in implementing business applications (HCM, CRM, ERP, etc.)
Strong technical understanding of API configuration, integrations, and system landscapes
Experience in scripting and programming languages such as Python
Familiarity with Postman and VS Code (preferred but not mandatory)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage (for document template customization)
Strong consulting, communication, and leadership skills
A curious, self-driven mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new technical challenges
