You plan and independently implement cross-platform social media strategies
You are responsible for campaign budgets and handle performance monitoring for paid campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn)
You act as the interface between the creative team and the client
You actively refine internal processes and contribute new ideas
You advise clients on digital activities and support the development of compelling, effective integrated marketing campaigns

Paid Social Expert: Confident using Meta Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (concept, setup, optimization)
Content & Planning: Strategic editorial planning for both B2C and B2B audiences
Language Skills: Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Community Management: Sensitivity to tone and cultural differences when communicating in German and English
Proactivity & Drive: You identify tasks and take initiative rather than waiting to be assigned work
Solution Orientation: When facing obstacles or errors, you focus on solutions and forward momentum rather than dwelling on the problem
Ownership & Responsibility: You take responsibility for client projects and act as a competent, trusted point of contact
