Project Manager – Chinese, English

Role Overview

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects.
• Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and follow up the status of each project (upon definition on periodicity and targets), review deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans …), and report regularly on project status.
• Managing plan deviation.
• Implication of incidences (time, cost, etc…), and or project update.
• Ensure formal input and output are provided (tech sheets, etc…).
• Ensure projects are ready for next step.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance Standards.
• Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience on project leader/development in the helmets industry
• Prior experience working with international clients and/or vendors
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards (Head protection standards, Reach, Rosh, CP65…)
• Project management skills
• 2-4 years expertise in an industrial / manufacturing business
• English & Chinese both excellent speaking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multiple projects
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
• Decision making, organization, problem-solving, time management, work under pressure, attention to details, documentation management.
• Technical understanding & background.
