Act as a key liaison between TechOps and other departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Finance, and external partners) to coordinate dependencies and ensure alignment on shared initiatives.
Own and govern the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets) for TechOps, ensuring structured processes, visibility, and alignment across Support, Infrastructure, and Academy.
Drive planning, execution, and follow-up of technical and operational projects, acting as a central point of coordination to ensure initiatives are delivered efficiently and in accordance with established processes.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical and operational projects within TechOps, ensuring clear scope definition, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and on-time delivery.
Own and continuously improve the Atlassian toolset (Jira, Jira Service Management, Assets) for TechOps, including workflow governance, configuration standards, reporting structures, and data integrity.
Establish and maintain structured project intake, prioritization, and portfolio visibility processes to support strategic decision-making and resource planning.
Develop reporting frameworks and performance metrics to provide transparency into operational health, project status, SLA adherence, and asset lifecycle management.
Drive process improvement initiatives aligned with ITIL principles and operational best practices, ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
Requirements
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a technical or IT operations environment (required)
Hands-on experience administering and configuring Jira and related Atlassian tools (required)
Experience driving process improvement initiatives within an ITIL-based framework (required)
Experience working with asset management systems and structured data governance
Experience within a global support or operations organization
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
Advanced knowledge of Jira configuration, workflows, permissions, automation, and reporting
Ability to translate operational needs into structured system design and process improvements
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
High level of organizational maturity and ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives
