Role Overview
- Attend Noda On-Boarding Training to learn about all aspects of the business
- Learn pertinent internal tools (Google Apps, Slack, Salesforce, Noda Platform)
- Learn about common Noda installation types and metering devices
- Shadow cadence calls held by Noda Senior Building Systems Engineers with onsite staff
- Analyzing electric consumption and mechanical system data trends for anomalies and optimization opportunities
- Documenting the technical results of the analysis
- Demonstrate product proficiency and understanding
Requirements
- 3+ years of college classes with a concentration in mechanical engineering and energy classes preferred
- Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to learn and work within a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
- Comfortable speaking in group, as well as, one-on-one settings
- Knowledge of HVAC and Controls systems, including Central Energy Plants, chillers, boilers, commercial heating systems, unitary equipment, and open protocol Building Management Systems a plus
