About this role

Drive engagement and revenue within existing customers by planning data-driven campaigns, events, and workshops
Partner cross-functionally to expand contacts, uncover opportunities, and turn insights
Develop and execute contact acquisition strategies within existing accounts
Plan and deliver mid-funnel engagement initiatives, including physical meet-ups and virtual events
Organize and lead 1:1 customer workshops using Launchmetrics data
Own all customer email communications
Lead the strategic development of customer nurturing programs
Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics

3–4 years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing or a related area
A true 360° marketer, comfortable managing a wide range of initiatives
Strong communication and storytelling abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Familiarity with email marketing tools (ideally Hubspot)
Proficiency with CRM environments such as Salesforce
Data-driven with the ability to track campaign performance
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
A self-starter with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
