About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and administer our CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
Ensure high data accuracy across contacts, accounts, and pipeline opportunities
Manage sales pipeline reporting and dashboards
Support the sales team with CRM updates, opportunity tracking, and forecasting
Use advanced AI prospecting platforms and automation tools to identify target companies
Build structured prospect databases across Asia Pacific markets
Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enrichment platforms, and website analysis tools to identify decision-makers
Conduct market research across APAC industries and sectors
Prepare prospecting lists aligned with sales strategy
Coordinate meetings, proposals, and documentation
Assist with preparation of presentations and sales materials
Maintain records of customer interactions within the CRM
Requirements
3–5 years experience in Sales Administration or Sales Operations
Strong CRM administration skills (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience with AI-driven prospecting tools (Desirable)
Experience with data enrichment platforms (e.g., Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo) (Desirable)
Familiarity with automation tools or web scraping technologies (Desirable)
