Role Overview
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, including NDAs, procurement contracts and customer agreements
- Supporting commercial transactions with appropriate supervision
- Providing legal support on complex space-related projects and transactions
- Managing assigned legal matters independently while escalating risks when needed
- Working closely with teams across the business — including Revenue, Procurement and Supply Chain — to provide pragmatic legal advice
- Translating legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders
Requirements
- Practitioner-level expertise in Spanish law
- Experience working with commercial contracts
- Working knowledge of English law in practice
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
- A genuine interest in working in the Space Sector
