Role Overview
- Collect contact information for the relevant business stakeholders
- Engage with the relevant business units to understand the Project's impact on service delivery, identify financial implications, and define the approach in coordination with the buyer (procurement)
- Analyze contracts to determine the complexity level of required actions
- Inform the relevant buyers and managers
- Escalate any potential blockers to the appropriate buyers
- Request escalation if necessary
- Provide consolidated XLS summary reporting of the mapping follow-up
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Contract Law or Business Law
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in a generalist legal role focused on contract law
- Experience negotiating supplier/vendor contracts, gained within an in-house legal department and/or a legal consultancy or law firm
- Proficiency in business English
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and good drafting abilities
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and demonstrate responsiveness
