Collect contact information for the relevant business stakeholders
Engage with the relevant business units to understand the Project's impact on service delivery, identify financial implications, and define the approach in coordination with the buyer (procurement)
Analyze contracts to determine the complexity level of required actions
Inform the relevant buyers and managers
Escalate any potential blockers to the appropriate buyers
Request escalation if necessary
Provide consolidated XLS summary reporting of the mapping follow-up
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Contract Law or Business Law
1 to 5 years of professional experience in a generalist legal role focused on contract law
Experience negotiating supplier/vendor contracts, gained within an in-house legal department and/or a legal consultancy or law firm
Proficiency in business English
Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills and good drafting abilities
Ability to interact with senior stakeholders and demonstrate responsiveness
