Own and scale commercial contracting (Sales/GTM)
Draft, review, and negotiate customer and partner agreements, and own the end-to-end contracting workflow from intake through signature
Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and RevOps to keep deals moving efficiently while maintaining clear risk posture on key terms
MSAs / SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, and renewals
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), including SCCs and other cross-border transfer terms where applicable
Security exhibits and customer procurement addenda
Service level agreements (SLAs) and support terms
Partner, reseller, referral, and alliance agreements
Be a strategic legal partner to the business
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams on legal, compliance, and risk matters
Advise on data protection, privacy, and security contracting and compliance

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
7+ years of legal experience, with significant hands-on experience drafting and negotiating B2B SaaS commercial agreements
Demonstrated experience supporting commercial sales teams and enterprise customer contracts
Strong knowledge of SaaS business models, subscription licensing, and cloud computing is a must
Deep expertise in commercial contracts, technology transactions, and risk management
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong business judgment and the ability to translate legal complexity into practical guidance
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct
Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies
