About this role

Completing three rotations across core Marketing areas while gaining insight into category, brand and activation strategy
Working together with local and Nordic leadership team on optimizing and innovating current ways of working
Driving and contributing to strategic marketing projects with cross-functional and cross-market exposure
Supporting the development of brand plans and analysing market, competitor and consumer insights
Collaborating closely with Nordic commercial teams to ensure effective execution of initiatives

A recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field
A strong interest in business management and the FMCG industry, supported by relevant student or internship experience
A results-driven, analytical, and creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Strong communication skills, structured working style, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
Fluency in English & proficiency in one of the Nordic languages will be considered a plus.
