Role Overview
- Participate in requirements-gathering workshops alongside Smile project managers
- Write functional specifications and user stories
- Attend agile project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) with our production teams
- Document business processes and produce visual materials with the Web Designer
- Draft functional test plans (acceptance test specifications)
- Participate in testing and ensure follow-up on results
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Project Manager on Odoo or other ERP solutions (e.g., Dynamics, SAP, Sage)
- Excellent writing skills for clear and precise deliverables
- Strong listening and analytical skills to understand business constraints
- Rigorous, passionate, and proactive (ability to propose solutions)
