About this role
Role Overview
Define and structure the partner onboarding process (training, tools, support).
Ensure coordination with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, project teams) to deliver a coherent and comprehensive integration.
Deploy and organize training sessions, both online and in person.
Measure onboarding KPIs (average time to onboard, activation rate, engagement).
Maintain smooth communication between partners and internal departments.
Contribute to promoting a partner-centric culture across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree to Master’s degree in Business or equivalent (Bac+3/Bac+5).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong skills in project management, client relations, and B2B partner management.
Fluent or professional working proficiency in English.
Assertive, persistent, customer-oriented, with a strong service mindset.
Experience using CRM tools and ability to become autonomous quickly.
