Research, outline, and write a full-length manuscript (50,000–75,000 word book) on postpartum struggles from a biblical perspective
Weave together theology, Scripture, encouragement, and practical application with sensitivity to readers’ experiences
Incorporate stories, examples, and applications that resonate with women navigating the various struggles of the postpartum period
Collaborate with the editorial team for feedback and revisions
Ensure theological alignment with The Daily Grace Co.’s doctrinal commitments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (studies in theology, Bible, counseling, psychology, or related fields preferred)
Comprehensive understanding of covenant theology
An understanding of biblical theology and how all of Scripture points to Jesus
Personal experience with postpartum challenges, with the ability to write authentically about these struggles
Familiarity with how postpartum struggles intersect with mental and emotional health (e.g., postpartum anxiety, depression, fatigue, identity shifts, relational tension)
Ability to make deep theological truths accessible to a broad audience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with the writing and editing process
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable with collaborative writing and constructive feedback
