You will be measured by your ability to produce "winning" assets that sustain high spend levels while maintaining target efficiency.
Maintain High-Velocity Output: Lead a rigorous production cadence to ensure the algorithm always has fresh, high-potential creative to test, shipping… Month 1: 10 concepts and 40 iterations Month 3: 20 concepts + 80 iterations Month 6: 40 concepts + 160 iterations.
Own the Hypothesis & Decision Rights: Act as the primary decision-maker on which creative angles are pushed to production and which are killed.
You will partner with the Paid Social Manager to decide which winners are scaled based on statistical significance.
Execute Rapid Experimentation: Oversee end-to-end production—from scripting and briefing creators to final QA
ensuring we move from "insight" to "live ad" in days, not weeks.
Lead Data-Creative Feedback Loops to deconstruct why an ad is winning (or losing) and translate those findings into the next batch of briefs.
First 90-Day Focus: Prioritize aggressive testing and identifying scalable winning ‘winner’
your initial success will be defined by speed of execution and finding the creative "breakthroughs" that unlock new spend tiers.
Requirements
Extensive experience in Performance Creative, specifically within a fast-growth D2C environment where you have managed high-volume creative pipelines.
Scale-Obsessed Mindset: You understand the direct link between creative diversity and CAC.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in AI-powered tools for high-volume asset generation (e.g., Sovran, AdCreative.ai), creative intelligence (e.g., Motion) and copy/briefing (Uplifted.ai, Claude
Anthropic etc) to boost production throughput.
A track record of owning creative production
briefing, scripting, and managing creators and editors for video, static, UGC and more, from first idea to final asset.
Speed as a Habit: You thrive in high-intensity environments and prefer "shipping and learning" over prolonged creative perfectionism.
Commercial Sharpness: You speak the language of Creative Performance (frequency, hook rates, hold rates, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and can defend creative decisions using hard data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
