You will play a pivotal part in the growth of Sessions as we continue on our mission to bring our food brands to every neighbourhood across the UK.
Using your knowledge of the UK-based food scene, your primary responsibility will be to proactively research, identify and approach new operator partners looking to operate our brands from their kitchens.
You will need to build rapport with stakeholders and ultimately sell in the value of a partnership with Sessions.
You will then support these accounts through the onboarding and launch process, before working closely with the account management and culinary teams, to ensure their success and profitability as they move into your region.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will collaborate with other Business Development Managers within your team, as well as colleagues across marketing, partner success and growth.
Requirements
At least 1 year of sales or commercial experience.
You should thrive in cold-outreach and building relationships from scratch.
Degree achieved from a top university
Street hustler prepared to ‘get stuck in’ and do what it takes to close deals
A relentless work ethic, drive to succeed and competitive edge
Strategic and analytical thinker, able to elevate the business from the day-to-day where appropriate
