Prepare, optimise and deliver assets for a wide range of outputs
Align to established brand and design systems to create cohesive experiences
Own end-to-end projects: from interpreting briefs to final delivery
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Contribute lighting, rendering and basic compositing as required
Stay across emerging trends in design, animation, AI and creative technology

5+ years’ experience as a visual designer, digital designer or similar
Ideally, looking for someone who can also do animation and motion design
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality design
Strong understanding of design fundamentals, timing, pacing and visual storytelling
Strong eye for typography, layout, hierarchy and composition
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (at minimum Photoshop and Illustrator)
Comfortable working in Google Slides/Keynote for narrative and presentation design
Solid grasp of lighting, materials, rendering and basic compositing techniques
Comfort working within established pipelines and collaborating with other creatives
The ability to receive feedback openly and iterate quickly
A positive, curious mindset, strong attention to detail
