Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and engage banking partners through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Relationship management: Support the CSO in developing strong partnerships with new and existing clients by understanding needs and solving pain points.
Sales cycle execution: Support the process from first contact to closing. Stay on top of trends, competitors, and customer needs. Refine and enhance sales materials, presentations, and demo content across regions.
Represent Gimi at events and conferences.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work with the CSO, marketing, and product teams to ensure aligned and effective expansion efforts. Share learnings and insights across the commercial organization to continuously lift performance globally.
Requirements
3+ years of sales experience of which 1+ year within fintech, banking, or payments — ideally in B2B or enterprise sales.
Strong operational drive — capable of both designing and executing.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Swedish (additional European languages are a strong plus).
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with regular travel across markets.
