Paralegal

Role Overview

• Supporting reviews of NDAs, Order Forms, MSAs and DPA under supervision, and helping keep deals moving through the sales cycle.
• Working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to support contracting and ensure Legal input is timely and practical.
• Assisting with legal and privacy questionnaires (RFPs, onboarding and renewals).
• Supporting review of supplier and event terms and internal approval workflows.
• Maintaining our contract repository (Nomio), including renewals, notices and tracking key commercial terms.
• Supporting day-to-day privacy and compliance activities, including documentation and internal processes.
• Assisting with our AI governance and compliance readiness.

Requirements

• A law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• 1–2 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS, technology or fast-paced commercial environment.
• Experience supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, DPAs or similar).
• Familiarity with GDPR and/or US privacy laws, and a strong interest in data protection, privacy or compliance.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling priorities.
• Confident working with cross-functional teams in a low-ego, high trust culture.
• Proactive mindset – you enjoy improving processes, not just following them.
