Supporting reviews of NDAs, Order Forms, MSAs and DPA under supervision, and helping keep deals moving through the sales cycle.
Working closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to support contracting and ensure Legal input is timely and practical.
Assisting with legal and privacy questionnaires (RFPs, onboarding and renewals).
Supporting review of supplier and event terms and internal approval workflows.
Maintaining our contract repository (Nomio), including renewals, notices and tracking key commercial terms.
Supporting day-to-day privacy and compliance activities, including documentation and internal processes.
Assisting with our AI governance and compliance readiness.
Requirements
A law degree (LLB or equivalent).
1–2 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS, technology or fast-paced commercial environment.
Experience supporting commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, DPAs or similar).
Familiarity with GDPR and/or US privacy laws, and a strong interest in data protection, privacy or compliance.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling priorities.
Confident working with cross-functional teams in a low-ego, high trust culture.
Proactive mindset – you enjoy improving processes, not just following them.
