About this role
Role Overview
Sell sponsorship and exhibition packages across TM Forum’s global events.
Build strong relationships with existing member accounts and support their ongoing success.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including outreach to non-member vendors.
Conduct market and industry research to align sales strategy with client needs and trends.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to wider team objectives.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to deliver strong value propositions.
Represent TM Forum at events (virtual and in-person) as needed.
Manage client accounts onsite and lead rebooking efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in event sponsorship sales.
Proven success in both account management and new business generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Salesforce and CLM systems is an advantage.
A passion for delivering excellent client service.
