About this role
Role Overview
Manage a high-volume portfolio of customers (hundreds of accounts)
Lead customers through onboarding, adoption, and renewals using programmatic and digital engagement
Monitor customer health, usage trends, and risk indicators at scale
Design, implement, and optimize scaled customer journeys using a mix of tech-touch and low-touch actions
Meet monthly retention targets
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams as a team player
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Customer Success or Customer Management
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with customer data and metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Fluent in French and English
High attention to detail with the ability to identify and anticipate problems
Passion for digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer marketing
