Requirements
Proven account management experience
This is a combination of hunting and farming role so you should have experience managing existing accounts but also pursuing incremental opportunities to grow the portfolio
Known to be a champion of a positive team culture prioritizing team support, coaching, professional development and goal setting
Demonstrated ability to articulate business challenges and strategic priorities to internal and external stakeholders
Noted for delivering superior communication, presentation and storytelling abilities; able to craft clear, concise and compelling messages within a story at an executive level anchored in performance metrics
Openness to adapt to changing business needs and can handle ambiguity well
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to territory specific cities in Ontario
Great-to-haves: Demonstrated success as a sales executive, with a proven track record of growing a funnel of new business
Pre-existing relationships in the developer, builder and/or property management community that could be leveraged as a starting point in connecting with prospects and solidifying partnerships early on
Experience working with General Contractors, Vendor relations, Electrical contractors OR have a background in the construction industry or tenant experience
Strong stakeholder management with the ability to traverse complex stakeholder landscapes to manage conflicting priorities
Experience in SFDC, JIRA and G-Suite tools
Working knowledge of TELUS consumer channels, marketing and sales organizations
Mastery level proficiency in both English and French.
