Lead annual strategic planning, business reviews, and roadmap development
Own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives
Analyze market shifts and trends; develop scenario-based analyses and actionable recommendations
Craft high-impact presentations and leadership narratives for executive, operational, and external audiences
Lead all-team forums, gather feedback, and drive initiatives that enhance team morale and ways of working
Facilitate leadership forums, manage action items, and maintain operational rigor through robust frameworks

5+ years in consulting, business strategy, or product management
Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and drive decisions
Exceptional storytelling skills: translating complex dynamics into compelling narratives
Strong analytical capabilities: business modeling, forecasting, market assessment
Track record of identifying opportunities and delivering measurable results
Comfort navigating ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
Proficiency in Google Workspace
MBA or PMP certification (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience leading large-scale transformational programs (Nice-to-Haves)
Willingness to travel occasionally (Nice-to-Haves)
