Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships across the French market.
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
Reach out to new prospects through multiple channels (cold calls, emails, etc.) to create new collaborations and expand our network, particularly for the growth of our product catalog and market share in French speaking countries.
Analyze the potential of the territory/market, track sales, and provide regular reports on performance.
Provide management with insights on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Actively monitor competitors to identify market trends related to pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Meet clients in person, either at the office or external locations, to strengthen relationships and discuss collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
+2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Native/fluent in French and high level of English (both written and spoken).
Any other language is more than welcome!
Proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to drive sales performance.
Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and basic graphic design literacy
