Contacting and qualifying potential outbound and inbound customers
Working on new initiatives in great cooperation with Sales Ops
Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress toward meeting sales goals
Searching for new leads using different lists and systems
Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our target audiences, their behaviors, and expectations, and applying this knowledge throughout the business
Working closely with the Sales Operations Team to develop, evaluate, and propose technical and systematic procedures that make lead generation flow more efficient
Providing management with regular reports on sales activities and results
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong sense of self-discipline, good time management skills
Highly developed attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A desire to learn and grow professionally
