Role Overview
- Maximize Profitability on a Massive Scale
- Pilot and arbitrate €7M+ advertising investment across 4 brands.
- Structure accounts for optimal granularity, isolate top performers, and optimize Quality Score.
- Identify growth opportunities to scale campaigns without degrading ROAS.
- Responsible for ad performance: Elite Copywriting, Performance Art Direction, Creative A/B Testing.
- Supervise organic referencing (SEO) strategies and align SEM and SEO strategies to dominate SERPs.
Requirements
- Proven Expertise in managing significant budgets (millions per year or >€100k/month)
- The Rare Double Skill Set: bidding mathematician AND an ad creative
- Copywriting Skills: sharp, error-free, and persuasive ad copy.
- Multi-Brand Mindset: agility to switch from Brand A's universe to Brand B's
- Expertise in Google Ads (Expert level), Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager
- Advanced skills in Google Analytics 4
- Knowledge of Creative tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut (for video ads)
- Familiarity with SEO/Analysis tools: Semrush / Ahrefs / etc.
